How can we develop teachers and classrooms that nurture all students as leaders for a better future? The Action Learning for Teacher Leadership Development Fellowship offers a transformative experience to answer this question, through 8 virtual sessions (90 minutes each) from February to May. Teacher development organizations will engage in collaborative action learning, positioning themselves at the forefront of a global movement for holistic student development. Participants will draw on insights from Teaching as Collective Leadership (TACL) and innovative studies to create effective training and support initiatives. Learn from global experts, refine your approaches with peers and coaches, and generate evidence of successful practices in fostering student leadership.
Open to local teacher development organization teams (Heads of Training, MERL staff) from the Teach For All network and other peer networks.
The Fellowship includes eight-90 minute sessions on Zoom on Feb 26, Mar 12, Mar 26, Apr 2, Apr 16, May 7, May 21, June 4.
