Grief is a universal human experience — yet often misunderstood. This one-hour session invites participants to explore what grief really is, its many forms and stages, and how we can accompany others (and ourselves) with compassion and care.
Together, we’ll reflect on:
- What grief looks and feels like beyond loss through death.
- How to support someone who is grieving — what helps, what doesn’t.
- The importance of self-care and boundaries when offering support.
This is an informational and reflective space, not a therapeutic one, designed to deepen empathy, awareness, and collective well-being.
Facilitators: Sharon Kambe, Gladys Jerop, and Angela Morales
