Anustup Nayak is a Project Director at the Central Square Foundation (CSF), where he leads the Classroom Instruction and Practice vertical. His work focuses on identifying and disseminating effective principles of early grade literacy and numeracy, strengthening the supply side of expertise to support state-level implementation, and generating robust evidence on what works in early learning.
Anustup plays a pivotal role in CSF’s engagement with state governments to advance foundational learning at scale. He brings a systems-thinking approach to education reform—combining policy design, program implementation, and data-driven decision-making. He also represents CSF in global FLN dialogues, including the Asia-Pacific (APAC) community.
