November
Deadline
Nov 10
November 11, 2026
Estimated time commitment: 90 minutes
Join Yukabeth Kidenda, Co-founder and CEO of Teach For Kenya, for a live conversation on how her team built Challa, an AI-powered coaching platform supporting teachers in Kenyan classrooms. This session goes beyond what the tool does to show how it came to be: months of field research with coaches and teachers before any technology was designed, and the early conversations that followed with Anthropic on the technical support needed to build it further. You will come away with a clear picture of what it looks like when educators, not companies, lead the design of AI tools meant to serve them, and what that approach could mean for how AI shows up in your own school or community.
This session is part of the Thought Leadership Series, a monthly conversation connecting global voices in AI and education with practitioners putting these ideas into practice.
*This session will be a Fireside conversation with questions from the community*
Format: 90 minutes via Zoom
Date: Novemer 11th, 2026
Time: 1:00pm GMT
This session will be held in English, with interpretation and/or translation to Spanish and Arabic.. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate this via the registration/application form. We welcome all requests and will work to provide appropriate language support measures. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

November 11, 2026 to December 09, 2026
Estimated time commitment: 3 x 90 minute sessions
Career Exposure for STEM Pathways is an intensive, application-based six-week learning experience that builds the capacity of primary and secondary STEAM educators and coaches to connect classroom learning with STEM careers and the challenges those careers help address. Selected participants will deepen their understanding of how to make these connections meaningful for students by learning alongside STEAM educators from across the network, drawing on the Career Readiness Education Framework and LabXchange's STEM Explorer, and using the Meaningful STEM Career Exploration Educator Guide to develop and implement a career exploration activity with students. They will then bring what they learned back to the group, reflect with peers on what worked and what they would approach differently, and draw on others' experiences to strengthen their ability to design and facilitate meaningful STEM career exploration.
Throughout this learning experience, you will learn how to:
- Learn what makes STEM career exploration meaningful for students. Explore how classroom learning connects to STEM careers and real-world challenges, and identify career pathways linked to issues students care about.
- Design and implement a career exploration activity with students. Gain practical insights and skills to turn challenges students care about into an activity that brings them into contact with real STEM work.
- Strengthen your practice by reflecting with STEAM educators across the network. Reflect on what worked and what to approach differently, and draw on educators' experience in other contexts to evolve how you design and facilitate career exploration.
*This opportunity is application-based. Before submitting your application please ensure your Teach for All network partner organization (participants and alumni) or manager (partner staff) is aware of your application*

Estimated time commitment: 60 minutes
The PISA 2025 results have made headlines globally. 760,000 students in 91 countries took the science, maths and reading tests, representing 33 million 15-year-olds worldwide. Data shows:
- Education performance continues to decline globally, with huge drops in reading
- AI use is having a negative impact on learning for most students, although not for all
- Student sense of belonging at school is improving in most countries
- Over half of students may be vulnerable to misinformation and disinformation
But how do we make sense of these findings for our own context? Why are some countries making progress while others are falling behind? And what can education leaders learn from both?
In this workshop, you’ll hear four education leaders explore these questions live and unfiltered, and share their perspectives on the latest PISA findings. Together, we’ll challenge common interpretations and explore what the results mean for our efforts to improve learning for all.
This opportunity will be held in English, with interpretation and/or translation to Spanish.
