Girls in underserved communities often face systemic barriers that limit their exposure to STEM and their ability to envision themselves in scientific careers. This panel brings together four inspiring women educators who are tackling these challenges head-on through bold, hands-on projects that spark curiosity and open doors for the next generation.
Through their lived experiences and practical insights, our speakers will demonstrate how to create meaningful opportunities for girls to thrive—and explain why the global STEM industry urgently needs more diverse talent to drive innovation.
