Africa School Leadership Good to Great Fellowship: Transformational Instructional Leadership

Estimated time commitment: 8 week course followed by a 3-day immersive experience and 6 months of post-program support
A 12 week two-part guided e-learning course designed for school leaders at different stages of their leadership journey.
Foundational Track: For newer school leaders in Africa (less than 2 years of experience in school administration), this section focuses on developing key Habits of Leadership and understanding the fundamentals of the PTCM model with a focus on strategic planning for school success, facilitated by alumni from previous cohorts.
Advanced Track: For more experienced school leaders (2+ years), this section delves deeper into Effective Instructional Leadership with a focus on Coaching and Monitoring within the PTCM framework to strengthen implementation and impact across schools.
Time commitment: 60 mins a week for 12 weeks with a blend between work on online platform and live virtual calls.
This learning experience is for you if you are an alumni from network partners in Africa and have some experience in school administration (i,e less than 2 years for Foundational track and 2+ years for the Advanced Track. You should also currently be in a school leadership role and looking to grow in your leadership
