Join this 6-session course to gain insights and leadership skills needed to lead change in education systems. To ensure all learners develop holistically, we need people exercising leadership through every role in the system. 

This opportunity is designed for educators, system leaders, and practitioners who have at least one year of classroom or system leadership experience and want to foster holistic student development from any role.

By the end of this course, learners will:

  1. Understand & Analyze Global System Change: Explore and synthesize real-world cases of educational system change from around the world to identify actionable insights for their own contexts.
  2. Develop & Apply Core Leadership Practices: Learn and put into practice specific leadership skills each week, enabling them to navigate complex system challenges from their current role.
  3. Engage in Peer Collaboration & Reflection: Exchange insights with a global peer network to refine their approach to leadership and drive sustainable impact in education.

Influence:

  • Applicants should have at least 1 year of classroom or system leadership experience navigating system-level challenges.
  • Applicants should be involved in the design or execution of programmatic choices so that learnings can be readily applied to their work.

Commitment:

  • Applicants should commit to 9 hours over 6 weeks.

This opportunity will be held in English, with interpretation and/or translation to French - français and Spanish - español. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate this via the registration/application form.
