Yahya Ait Bahddou

يحيى أيت باحدو من المملكة المغربية حاصل على الإجازة في الدراسات الأساسية بجامعة القاضي عياض بمراكش , حاصل على دبلوم مدرب المخيمات الصيفية سنة 2018 من وزارة الشباب والرياضة, حاصل على دبلوم "د" لمدربي كرة القدم من الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم , مؤطر سابق لدروس محو الأمية بواسطة التلفاز والأنترنيت بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية , مربي سابق بالتعليم الاولي لمنظمة علم من أجل المغرب  وخريج الدفعة الرابعة  بها وخلال هذه التجربة من عام 2022 عملت في مدرسة ,كم كجزء من برنامج "القيادة من خلال التدريس والتأثير المجتمعي" لمدة عامين لبرنامج تطوير القيادة الذي تطلقه منظمة "علم من أجل المغرب". لقد منحني هذا المنصب معرفة قوية بالنظام التعليمي لأكتشف النقائص والإيجابيات للتعليم عندنا في المغرب خاصة الأولي منه . كل هذه التجارب ساهمت بشكل كبير في اكتسابي المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة للتنظيم والتواصل مع مختلف المنظمات والأفراد لتنفيذ العديد من المشاريع المجتمعية والمهنية المختلفة
 

Yahya Ait Bahddou, from the Kingdom of Morocco. I have a bachelor’s degree in Basic Studies from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakesh. I obtained Summer Camp Trainer Diploma from the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2018, and Football Coaching Diploma “D” from the Royal Moroccan Football Federation. I’m a former facilitator of literacy classes on TV and the internet at the Ministry of Awqaf (Religious Endowments) and Islamic Affairs, and a former early education teacher at Teach For Morocco. I’m an alumni of Teach For Morocco’s 4th cohort. In 2022 and as part of this experience, I worked as a teacher at a school for two years as part of the “Leadership Through Teaching and Community Impact” program. The program was launched by Teach for Morocco to develop leadership. This role gave me strong understanding of the education system, allowing me to identify both the weaknesses and strengths of education in Morocco especially primary education. All these experiences greatly helped me acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for organizing and communicating with various types of organizations as well as individuals to implement several community and professional projects.
