Tom is a 2017 Teach First (UK) Ambassador, currently leading a Bill team at the UK's Department for Education. He originally taught in a primary school and was a middle leader, leading Science. As a Civil Servant, Tom delivered on UK/EU trade negotiations, equalities policy and school stakeholder engagement.
He strongly believes in the power of networks, and maintains strong connections across the Teach First and Sutton Trust communities. Tom is keen to discuss his journey and experiences, and learn from others!
