Hello! I am Thasneem Fathima. I currently work with Teach For India-Firki where I lead programs for Teacher Coaches and School leaders in India. I was a 2016 Teach For India Fellow where I taught all content areas for students in Grades 6-9. Post that, I worked as a Program Manager with Teach For India, Chennai wherein I coached and mentored Fellows teaching across grades 3-10 and from diverse backgrounds. I have been a Network Connector since 2021 and I have witnessed how cross-border connection and collaboration is crucial to get us collectively on the mission to end education inequity. I can connect people to opportunities, projects, and resources in the field of teacher & teacher coach training, school leadership, learning experience design and leadership development!
