I am a passionate and results-driven development leader with over 9 years of experience in education and community development. I specialize in program management, team leadership, and strategic decision-making. Throughout my career, I have successfully led large-scale initiatives across multiple regions, managed the training of over 150 Fellows and oversaw projects that have positively impacted thousands of students. I am dedicated to advancing educational and financial equity, with a particular focus on creating transformative change for underresourced communities.
