Olena Pavliuk

Olena is passionate about education equity and equal opportunities, so she co-founded NGO ZNOVU. The organisation helps Ukrainian students who remain in occupied territories or were affected by war enter Ukrainian universities (provides free live classes in preparation for the external examination). ZNOVU is helping more than 300 students and has 50+ volunteering teachers supporting the organisation. At the same time, she was also familiar with another project. Olena became an alumni at Teach For Ukraine in 2019. She worked in this NGO as a mentor from 2021 to 2023. Now, she is trying to lead an alum community of TFU. Also, Olena currently manages a #brobots private engineering school in Kyiv. Fellow of the European Alumni Leadership Fellowship 2023
