Mary Ameh is a visionary leader and Teach For Nigeria alumna dedicated to driving systemic change through STEAM education and community-led solutions to bridge the gap between global strategy and classroom impact. As the Founder of the STEM Garden Initiative, Mary pioneers innovative approaches to learning that harmonize environmental stewardship with academic excellence.


Mary currently serves as the STEAM Education and Leadership Consultant at Teach For All, and the Network Coordinator at Pan Africa Climate Educators (PACE) Network where she drives equitable access to quality education by supporting educators across the global network. Her work is rooted in the conviction that collective leadership and mentorship are the primary catalysts for nurturing student potential.


In 2024, her commitment to grassroots transformation was solidified when she received the Teach For Nigeria Most Outstanding "Be the Change" Award. Her recent success in securing multiple high-stakes grants and international honors including the Athari group Fellowship underscores her ability to design and fund scalable solutions for community-led development.


Mary offers a unique blend of youth engagement, strategic community development, and leadership. Whether she is designing STEAM and climate-conscious curricula or advising on Africa-wide leadership initiatives, she consistently bridges the gap between systemic solutions and direct classroom impact.
