Dinah Achola

Dinah Achola is an education leader, systems thinker, and community mobiliser committed to advancing equity in education across Africa. She serves as a Network Connector Volunteer at Teach For All, supporting cross-network collaboration, shared learning, and leadership alignment across the global movement. In this capacity, she also contributes to the Africa Leadership Committee, strengthening regional leadership and alumni engagement across the continent.

Dinah’s experience spans fellowship recruitment and marketing at Teach For Uganda, alumni leadership, program design, and grassroots fundraising to expand education access. She currently serves as President of the Teach For Uganda Alumni Association, where she is focused on revitalising alumni engagement and strengthening institutional sustainability.
Her work sits at the intersection of education equity, gender advocacy, and systems change. Dinah is especially passionate about ensuring girls and vulnerable learners not only access school, but experience dignity, belonging, and opportunity within it.
