In order for all children to be able to achieve their full potential, education must be a means for children to share what they know and to honor Indigenous ways of knowing and being. This course is an opportunity for participants to engage participants with the Indigenous Excellence Framework, developed in 2024 and delivered at the Better Future Forum in 2026.

Are you ready to reinvent your approach to leadership and resist the temptation to intervene? Join this course to explore system analysis theories and concrete tools based on the work of Donella Meadows (Thinking in Systems) and Ronald Heifetz (Adaptive Leadership). Participants will examine their own positions within their respective systems and learn how to collaborate with others to drive sustainable system change.

Únete a este curso para explorar las teorías del análisis de sistemas y herramientas concretas basadas en el trabajo de Donella Meadows (Thinking in Systems - Pensar en sistemas) y Ronald Heifetz (Adaptive Leadership - Liderazgo adaptativo). These 5 sessions - 90 mins each - course aims to inspire and equip program teams to cultivate the holistic development of their teachers. Through action research and collaborative learning, we will jointly generate innovative approaches to strengthen our training programs.
The objective is to transform education and empower our students holistically, grounded in evidence, in response to the key question: How do we train and support teachers as transformational leaders so that they develop students holistically?
This opportunity is team-application based (not individual) and its open to teams that are engaged in teacher training and support. Before submitting your application, please speak with your manager/supervisor.*

Drawing on insights from their recent book, Educating for a Climate Changed Future, Prof. Fernando Reimers (Harvard University) and Margaret Wang-Aghania (co-founder of SubjectToClimate) will explore how climate hazards disrupt learning, how education systems respond through curriculum and infrastructure, and why many systems remain stuck in "low climate learning traps." This call aims to provide educators with actionable insights to advance climate education and leadership in their contexts.

We are currently training the tool on inclusive education practices and need your feedback. In this call, you will learn how to:
- Test and evaluate whether chatbot guidance reflects real-world inclusive practice.
- Assess how well the tool centers learners with learning differences and disabilities.
- Determine if practical advice translates effectively into real classroom settings.
- Identify missing perspectives, context gaps, and underlying assumptions in the tool's guidance.
