Feeding the Future: A Climate-Smart Approach to Food Education

This workshop comprehensively explores food systems, climate change, and education. It equips participants with a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between these three critical areas.
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to critically analyze the environmental and social impacts of food choices, make informed decisions about food sources, and advocate for a more sustainable food system. You will understand the importance of empowering individuals and communities to address food insecurity, promote healthy eating habits, and contribute to a more resilient and equitable food future.

Building Strong Family, School, and Community Partnerships to Support Student Learning & Development (Semester 1)
March 05, 2025 to March 12, 2025
Estimated time commitment: 2 x 120 minute sessions
Family, school, and community engagement encompasses how families, educators, and community groups work together to promote student learning and development and support schools to thrive.
In this workshop series, we will explore research and tools to build stronger family, school, and community partnerships. We will dive deep into how to measure and foster relational trust between schools and communities. In the second session, we will explore tried and tested global strategies and case studies, and design our own strategy that will lay a foundation for building relational trust and strong, equitable, and inclusive partnerships in our context.
Open to teachers, school leaders, community and organization representatives, researchers, policymakers, and family-facing and student groups.
This series includes two 120-minute sessions on Zoom on March 5th & 12th 12:30 - 2:30pm GMT.

Developing Learners with an Entrepreneurial Mindset for Societal Transformation

In this workshop, we will explore how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset to design community-oriented projects. Participants will be introduced to actionable tools derived from design thinking, storytelling, and social anthropology, enabling them to better understand school-based challenges by gathering valuable insights from their students. They will then create solutions by developing their own prototypes to address these needs and refine them over time in their classrooms for lasting, sustainable impact.
If you are curious about exploring design thinking through an anthropological lens, this is a unique opportunity to collaborate and exchange insights with fellow educators in a hands-on experience.
Open to teachers eager to address specific problems in their schools by designing creative and agile solutions with a student-centered approach and a sociocultural grounding.
Learning commitments: Participate in all three virtual sessions. Optional “project” in the third session to present what you have applied throughout the three sessions.

APAC Development Refresher 2025

Are you ready to elevate your development skills and empower your fundraising efforts? Whether you are looking to unlock new fundraising potential, learn from peers, or maximize existing resources, this series offers essential guidance and practical tools for sustainable success in development work. Over the course of five interactive sessions, participants will gain valuable insights into core fundraising strategies, from strengthening personal and team capabilities to building robust donor pipelines and effectively engaging board members. The series will also include hands-on practice to refine your pitching skills and bolster confidence in sharing impactful narratives. Whether you are looking to unlock new fundraising potential, learn from peers, or maximize existing resources, this series offers essential guidance and practical tools for sustainable success in development work.
Platform: We will be meeting virtually via Zoom for four 90-minute sessions (with an optional 5th session for pitch practice).
Audience:
- Ideal for network partner development staff members seeking a refresher on the core principles of success in development and fundraising.
- Some sessions will be open to other team members who regularly interact and collaborate with development/fundraising teams to strengthen cross-functional understanding.
- Well-suited for staff who are new to development and fundraising, whether they are new to the field in general or within the Teach For All network specifically.
- Experienced staff looking for a "Back to the Basics" experience or wishing to participate alongside newer colleagues are also encouraged to join.
Objectives:
- Refresh core development principles, explore key mindsets, and reflect on individual and team strengths for fundraising success.
- Learn strategies, tools, and processes for cultivating dynamic donor pipelines and share best practices from across the network.
- Define team and board roles in fundraising and identify ways to effectively leverage board members to enhance organizational sustainability.
- Connect with colleagues across the network to share insights, strengthen cross-functional understanding, and learn from diverse experiences.
- Equip participants with practical tools and strategies to ensure ongoing growth and success in fundraising initiatives.
- Explore the elements of compelling personal narratives, with [optional] pitch practice to gain confidence through hands-on exercises and peer feedback

Inclusive Education Summit and Americas HOT Convening
April 01, 2025 to June 16, 2025
The Inclusive Education Summit is bringing together current teachers and network partner staff to advance inclusive practices that support all learners and particularly those with learning differences and disabilities, in reaching their fullest potential. By collaborating and sharing insights, participants will explore how inclusive education can be fostered through collective leadership to transform education.
The summit offers a space to engage in learning loops, share experiences, and learn about innovative practices that create transformative classrooms and drive progress toward Teaching as Collective Leadership. The goal is to cultivate a deeper understanding of how inclusive practices can be adopted across our global community, thereby promoting system change that enables all learners to become better leaders for themselves and all of us.
Key Learning Questions:
- How can educators effectively implement inclusive practices that support students with learning differences and disabilities and create a better learning environment for all learners?
- How do individual beliefs and context influence our understanding and implementation of inclusive education?
- How can educators create transformational classrooms that enable progress for all learners—particularly those with learning differences and disabilities—and foster a sense of belonging for all students?
Applicants will be asked to share a project they are planning to work on together or an Insight related to Inclusive Education in their context as part of the application process.
The virtual engagement will span from April 1 – July 31, 2025 with an in person convening May 26 – 30 in Chile. HOT's from the Americas who are participating in the Summit will be invited to stay after the Summit for a smaller invitation only HoT convening.

This online, self-paced program has been designed to help learners explore how education systems are impacted by unexpected crises, such as war or natural disasters. This 'EiE' online course is made up of 5 modules that address the foundations of emergency education, including virtual visits to explore teaching and learning inside real crisis-affected classrooms.
The objective is to build a foundational knowledge of EiE and to hear directly from students and teachers who have been caught up in crises. By the end of this course, we hope that participants will have a better understanding of how Teach For All network partners have responded to different emergencies, and learn more about the principles which guide our network’s approach to working in humanitarian contexts
This self-paced online course is open to all network staff members, participants and alumni.

This course is open to all and introduces participants to fundamental concepts, issues, and challenges in girls education globally. It covers key topics including access, safety, reproductive health, gender norms, the role of boys and men, and girls’ leadership.
The course can be taken at your own pace, and you can choose your own level of engagement. Members of the Teach For All network can complete the course with or without taking the questionnaire at the end to receive a certificate (the certificate is only available if you take the course via Bridge).
To be eligible for the fellowship, you must complete the course, answer the questionnaire, and receive a certificate of completion. Once you have earned your certificate, your information will be captured and you will be informed about the opening of the next fellowship.

The Teach For All + Oak Foundation Inclusive Education Course invites innovative teachers and teacher coaches from across our global network and beyond to join an interactive course focused on inclusive education for learners with disabilities and learning differences.
The course centers on who learners are aware (understand the social, political and cultural context in which students learn and grow, including cultural identities and systemic injustices) and how they learn (agency; taking responsibility for one’s learning and believing in one’s ability to determine a life path and impact others).
Through this course, we will individually and collectively reflect on Culturally Sustaining Pedagogy, Universal Design for Learning, and Metacognition to support us in creating reimagined and inclusive environments that allow every child to shine and create a better world for themselves and all of us.
