Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Advocates Fellowship
Deadline
Jan 12
March 23, 2027 to June 29, 2027
Estimated time commitment: 31 hours
The Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Advocates Fellowship is designed to support participants to deepen their confidence and competence in bringing issues of DEI and belonging into teams, organizations, schools, programs, and relationships. Engaging in anti-oppression conversations within organizations, either 1:1 or in groups, can be difficult. Our aim is to use this space to learn from each other and unlearn together, and to support each other to become more skilled and confident in advocating for more equity in our contexts.
8 x 2-hour sessions on Zoom held every other week: March 23 - June 29 along with 8 independent work assignments (1 - 2 hours each) to be completed ahead of every single session.
This fellowship is a great place if you have previously engaged in the topics of DEI, oppression, liberation, decolonization, power, and related others, and would now like to discuss and practice with your peers from similar contexts and roles how to more consistently advocate for equity. This opportunity is open to all from across the globe in any role, both internally and externally to the network.
This opportunity will be held in English, with interpretation and/or translation to Spanish. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate this via the registration/application form. We welcome all requests and will work to provide appropriate language support measures. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
*This opportunity is application-based. Before submitting your application please ensure your Teach for All network partner organization (participants and alumni) or manager (partner staff) is aware of your application*
Apply in English or Spanish - Español.
