Oriol Paricio

My name is Oriol, and I am a 2025 alumnus of the Empieza por Educar program. I am currently beginning my journey as a secondary school teacher, where I teach mathematics and science. In my classroom, I strive to make learning engaging and meaningful by integrating art and board games into my lessons. I believe that creativity and play can deepen understanding, develop self-knowledge, and help students build a positive relationship with subjects that are often perceived as challenging.

I am passionate about educational innovation and continuously stay up to date with developments in the field of education sciences. I am particularly interested in evidence-based practices that improve student motivation, and in what are the factors in the educational success stories that happen in emergencies. Being a NC inspires me to keep learning from educators around the world to keep building an holistic definition of education.
