Ibukunoluwa Ajayi

Ibukunoluwa is the Founder of the RecycleArts Initiative, an award-winning project that transforms waste materials into educational tools and creative assets, blending climate education, entrepreneurship, and student-centered learning. Through this work, Ibukunoluwa has led grant-winning initiatives, mobilized volunteers, and partnered with stakeholders to deliver measurable environmental and educational impact. 

Motivated by a belief in collective leadership and systems change, Ibukunoluwa is passionate about supporting educators and alumni to translate learning into action. As an Africa Network Connector, they are excited to strengthen collaboration, amplify local innovation, and contribute to a more connected and impact-driven Teach For All network.
