Hasan Ghaddar

I am an education and psychosocial support professional working across humanitarian and emergency education contexts in the Middle East region. I currently serve as a Project Officer in Education and PSS, supporting non-formal education programs focused on school retention, teacher professional development, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) integration, and systems strengthening for vulnerable communities. I hold a Master’s degree in Education Management and am actively engaged in action research on institutionalizing SEL frameworks within emergency education settings.

As a Teach For Lebanon alumnus and member of the Teach For All Global Network, I remain deeply committed to advancing educational equity through evidence-based programming, policy development, and strong monitoring and evaluation practices. My work bridges field implementation with strategic planning to improve both learning outcomes and student well-being.
