Esther Kwagala

I am a dedicated teacher working with learners , with a strong focus on academic growth, character development, and leadership. My work involves teaching, mentoring learners, and collaborating with fellow educators to improve classroom practice and learner engagement. I am also involved in community initiatives that support girls’ education, learner wellbeing, and access to scholastic materials, believing education is most impactful when it responds to real community needs through community talk shows and savings. 

My motivation for joining the Teach For All global network is rooted in a belief in collective leadership and shared learning. As a Network Connector, I am driven to strengthen collaboration, amplify local voices, and contribute meaningfully to a global movement for quality education for all.
