Adetomiwa Awofeso is Teach for Nigeria Alumna, an education leader and social impact practitioner committed to advancing equitable access to quality education across underserved communities. She is the founder of Scholaride Initiative, a nonprofit organization delivering community-based education programs that support children and youth in informal and marginalized settings. In 2025, Scholariide Initiative was crowned the winner of the Teach For Nigeria Incubation Hub Program, emerging first among 12 social innovators.


Adetomiwa brings hands-on experience as a school leader, having served as a Head of School, where she led instructional improvement, team development, and student-centered learning initiatives. Her work sits at the intersection of education leadership, systems strengthening, youth development, and nonprofit management.


She is an AI for Education Fellow of the African Leadership University, with a strong interest in innovation and future-ready learning. As part of the Teach For All African School Leader Network, Adetomiwa is motivated by collective leadership and shared learning. Currently in her role as a Network Connector, she will support collaboration, knowledge exchange, and meaningful connections across the network.
