Paloma Martínez

She has more than six years of experience in social projects such as education, art, and entrepreneurship with grassroots communities. She has worked with immigrants, youth, women's groups, and human rights defenders. Nowadays, she specializes in holistic education, mediation, and building peace. She is the CEO of Colidérate, a Colombian NGO focused primarily on security strategies, such as psychosocial security, physical security, and digital security, as well as communication strategies and social-emotional learning skills for those who speak out for the rights of their communities so that everyone can live in wellbeing. She is a Teach for All alumna and a member of MBBI's network of women peacebuilders. She has a background in industrial design. Currently, she is a student at ICU University studying MSSc Peace and Conflict Studies.
