Doaa Mohaisen

Doaa is a 2018 Teach for Qatar alumna and current preparatory school ESL teacher. She obtained an M.A. in Translation Studies from Hamad Bin Khalifa University. Her research is about reframing and renarrating Arab Muslim Women in the West, so she's all about breaking stereotypes. Doaa enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures and education systems around the world and she's also passionate about establishing connections with other members of the network. She is currently trying to start a first-of-its-kind mental health and well-being community in Qatar for teachers.
