I'm passionate about learning, relearn and unlearn especially using student-centred pedagogical approach. Experienced form since I was childhood, teaching my siblings at home and encourage people to learn, I had the opportunity to head a school after my National Youth Service Corp, and the experience was remarkable. We had opportunity to scale up the school development, build financial support for school, observe conflict resolution and create synergy between school and stakeholders. It was a work I had dedicated my time and energy on. It was surprised when our Director called me one day that I would be needed in the school for advice, this astonished. Not long, I decided to write a book about strategies for schools. I call it 44 strategies for schools. The book was published in the year 2020, it's all my experience teaching in private school. Teach for Nigeria has helped me to advance my career to teaching in Gorverment school which has been a rollercoaster and transformation for me. Education is somewhat the most important aspect of life, and we need incorporate in totality. There is always a synergy between the learners, the parent and Community and what bring them together is the school. The school ought to be a whole System. An encompassing system with life. School must breath, it must be living and functioning right. Should a school is right, it will definitely reflect on the community. And Teachers, the fulcrum, has to be well on guard. We are warriors to bring sanity into the world, and it start in our various immediate geopolitical zone.
