Aaron Young

Aaron joined Teach for Australia in 2017, teaching in a school in the southeast of Perth with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. He taught Visual Arts and Digital Technologies and has an interest in Project based Learning, particularly how it can be directly applied to improve the lives of students in the local community. More recently, he has been involved in the development of Workplace Learning programs and developing industry partnerships within the school. He applied to be a Network Connector to work collaboratively with others seeking to improve the practice of educators and school as they work to engage with community and industry partners.
